Legacy Simtogether customers (when Simtogether closed)

On November 1st 2025, SimTogether closed. When this happened, customer information was transferred to ChrisTrains in November 2025, using a data processor agreement.

You can check your account using the "my downloads" section on the help page : https://www.christrains.com/en/support.html

Important: the accounts that have been created or edited at christrains.com are based on the email addresses used for the original purchases at Simtogether. If you cannot find your account using your most current email address, I can hand-modify the account if you know what the original email address was.

GDPR information.

The Simtogether customer data DOES NOT include:

- payment information (bank or credit card details, amounts etc)
- mailing addresses
- phone numbers

The Simtogether customer data ONLY INCLUDES the email address used for the initial purchase, the first and last name, the item purchased and the keycode used.

The Email addresses used to create accounts at ChrisTrains.com HAVE NOT automatically been signed up for the ChrisTrains newsletter. If you want to sign up, you must do so using the "mailing list" section at the bottom of the main ChrisTrains.com page.
