Because ChrisTrains products are delivered via digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds will be given after the download is completed.

Product replacements can be offered (such as more download opportunities of THE same product, and support via the help desk).

Refunds relating to piracy

As per the ChrisTrains EULA, if your product keycode is discovered to have been shared or pirated, and your purchase history has been deleted, there will naturally also be no refunds.
