Product activation
- The ChrisTrains installer performs an online key code check during product activation.
- You must be connected to the internet for the installation to succeed.
- No personally identifiable information is transmitted to ChrisTrains during this process.
- You are permitted to activate a product 10 times. Please be mindful of the number of times you re-install the product.
- After 10 activations, key codes may be unlocked at ChrisTrains discretion, if a support ticket is entered with the helpdesk and the reason is deemed to be valid.
- Key codes that are identified as having been abused or shared online or with others will be permanently disabled.
