NS Mat'64 4.0.0 -> 4.0.1 Patch

This patch updates the v4.0.0 NS Mat'64 to v4.0.1. You need only use this patch if you have 4.0.0 installed. Everything in the patch is already included in the v4.0.1 release.

Deze patch werkt de originele v4.0.0 NS Mat'64 bij naar v4.0.1. U hoeft deze patch alleen te gebruiken als u 4.0.0 hebt geïnstalleerd. Alles in de patch is al opgenomen in de versie v4.0.1

4.0.1 Patch / Release notes.

• Minor changes to low beam headlights
• Tightened up coupler tolerances
• Re-introduced more 'loose' cab camera so the camera doesn't feel so tightly joined to the train
• Corrected a couple of station names back to their older versions
• Made all destination boards more consistent size and alignment
• Fixed missing throttle notch audio in the Plan T cab
• Fixed a corner-case where the pantographs might be down on an AI train
• Updated handbooks with Ctrl-H shortcut for dimming headlights
