NS SNG v2.0.0 to v2.0.1 Patch

This patch updates the v2.0.0 NS SNG to v2.0.1. You need only use this patch if you have 2.0.0 installed. Everything in the patch is already included in the v2.0.1 release.

Deze patch werkt de originele  v2.0.0 NS SNG bij naar v2.0.1. U hoeft deze patch alleen te gebruiken als u  v2.0.0 hebt geïnstalleerd. Alles in de patch is al opgenomen in de versie  v2.0.1.

2.0.1 Patch / Release notes.

• Fixes the missing destination 'Amersfoort Vathorst'
• Fixes an issue where the holding brake was sometimes not enough on an incline. It can now also be overridden if the player applies > 40% braking
• Adjusts names of destinations for Beerdrechtse Velden route
