These carriages are painted in original blue NS house colours, and the windows are tinted solar-sensitive glass. The entry/exit halls are at either end of the carriage and have fold-up seats for overflow capacity. There's one toilet per car. There are variations of 1st and 2nd class, smoking and non-smoking throughout the fleet.
